We ask three things of our colleagues: love, energy and craftsmanship. It's easy to understand the last point, but we usually have to explain the first two. It's because we hope that you fall a little in love with our agency. That you think that what we do together every day is fantastic. Our beautiful, creative profession that's sometimes delightful, organized chaos. Our great clients and the challenging projects they entrust to us.
Our creative offices that, we hope, feel a bit like home. The fine colleagues who you make great things with, have lots of fun with, and then solve our clients' last-minutes problems with. The super cool stuff we organize together, so it's never boring or predictable. The strange adventures we experience with one another from time-to-time – and the almost unlimited opportunities that surround us. And certainly our role in a world, which that we try to make just a little bit better. As you probably already realize, all this beautiful stuff doesn't appear like magic. It calls for energy. More than at the other companies you've been around. Energy from people. People like you.
We want to be a personal and warm force for good, so our agency is more than just another place to go to work every day. If you do what you love doing, in an organization that's close to your heart, it can be amazing! We hope we're that special spot.
